Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for students who want to deepen their personal yoga practice, develop a strong understanding of the foundations and philosophy of yoga, and gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to teach safe, authentic, and inspiring yoga classes.
This comprehensive program combines in-person training, online education, personal yoga practice, class observation, teaching experience, and teaching assistance to provide a well-rounded learning experience.
The hybrid yoga program consists of a comprehensive 200-hour curriculum:

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Take the next step in your yoga journey with our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, designed for aspiring teachers and those seeking to deepen their practice. This comprehensive program includes in-person instruction, online education, personal practice, class participation, and hands-on teaching experience to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to teach yoga.
200 Hour Program Includes
100 Hours In-Person
Hands-on instruction, asana practice, anatomy, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, sequencing, teaching methodology, cueing, modifications, and teaching practice.
20 Hours Experiential Learning Involves
Required yoga classes, observing experienced teachers, and gaining hands-on teaching assistance experience.
80 Hours Online
Flexible online coursework covering yoga philosophy, history, anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, teaching methodology, ethics, sequencing, and more.
You don’t need to be the most flexible individual in the room. What matters is having a genuine willingness to learn, grow, practice, and share the journey of yoga with others.

Each in-person training day includes an 8-hour training day with appropriate breaks throughout the day.
Makeup Day
Makeup Day allows students who miss an in-person training to complete required hours and stay on track with the program, accommodating unexpected circumstances.
Please Note: Availability is limited to ensure that students receive personalized instruction, hands-on practice, teaching opportunities, and individual feedback during the training.

This tuition covers participation in the entire 200-hour training course, including both in-person and online components, as well as the mandatory experiential learning activities.
Payment Plan
We want to make your journey into yoga teacher training as accessible and comfortable as possible. Choose the payment option that works best for you:

Reserve Your Spot — $250 Deposit. Secure your place in the program with a $250 deposit upon registration.

Pay in Full — $2,000. You may also choose to pay the full tuition at the time of registration.

Personalized Payment Plans Tailored for You. We recognize that financial situations vary. After a $250 deposit, we'll collaborate to create a payment plan that suits your needs and budget, ensuring your yoga teacher training investment is manageable and stress-free.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by April 1, 2027.
