Welcome to the Kind Karma® Reiki Institute (KKRI)
At Kind Karma® Reiki Institute (KKRI) we offer high quality training with our certified Kind Karma® Reiki Grandmasters. All our Reiki instructors hold several types of Reiki Master certifications such as Kind Karma® Reiki; Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki; Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki; and Kind Karma® Animal Reiki. Additionally, our Reiki Masters hold certifications in sound therapy, crystal therapy, Kind Karma® Yoga, yin yoga and meditation. Our goal is to provide an innovative, supportive and fun learning environment. Furthermore, because of the course teacher’s diversified background our program accentuates the spiritual dimension of healing as well as the energy healing dimension.
Our Reiki training has been upgraded to Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki, which is a very powerful source of Reiki upgrades. We offer the following upgraded levels:

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master.
We also offer Reiki "Energy Upgrades" for those who are Reiki certified and would like to become Holy Fire® Reiki certified. You will receive an upgrade to the higher vibration, "placements" for Holy Fire® III Reiki, and certificate of completion for the Holy Fire® III Reiki upgrade. This is a great opportunity to re-connect to the powerful healing energy of Reiki! If you studied Reiki from another school or teacher, we strongly recommend you enroll in the "Upgrade" level. This will create familiarity with our Reiki training techniques.

Learn to Become A Reiki Practitioner
One of the best things about Reiki is that anyone can become a Reiki practitioner and deliver its spiritual and healing benefits to people. One need not have any special inclination towards healing, unique gifts or prior experience. Instead, it's simply the intention and desire to help others, or an inner searching for well being that serve as the only prerequisites for learning Reiki. Reiki, although seen аѕ a very powerful healing technique, іѕ amazingly simple tο learn, understand, and to do.
What is Reiki?
Thе name Reiki іѕ taken from two Japanese characters thаt describe energy itself: thе word “rei”, refers to “spiritual” аnԁ “ki” refers to “energy” or “vital life force”. In English, іtѕ meaning іѕ usually given аѕ “universal life energy”.
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based art which has its roots in traditional Japanese therapy. Reiki involves light touch of the practitioner's hands on, or slightly above, the body. Reiki promotes relaxation, spiritual harmony, reduces stress, increases vitality, and helps to restore balance of body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is natural, noninvasive, and promotes relaxation. Reiki benefits аrе grounded in the belief that an unseen life-force energy ("ki") flows through every living being. Thіѕ life-force energy іѕ our sustaining energy, keeping us healthy and alive. Whеn one’s life-force energy іѕ diminished, people аrе more ƖіkеƖу to get sick, feel weak or depleted. When the life-force energy іѕ high, people will experience better health, and feel happier and calmer.
Reiki is a simple, safe and natural method of self-improvement and spiritual healing that everyone can use. It is effective in helping with illnesses, discomfort or pain and offers many beneficial effects. Reiki is also effective іn providing alternative treatment for various illnesses and works well in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities.

Usui/Holy Fire® III
Levels: Reiki I & II
Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both Placements (attunements) are given during the training. The training is a combination of lecture, group discussion and experience. Practice time includes practical demonstrations, Reiki self-treatment, giving and receiving a Reiki treatment, and practicing using the Reiki Symbols.

As a blessed gift for the trainees, Dr. Dean Telano ("Dr. Dean"), facilitates and deepens the Reiki training through "channeling". When and if it occurs, through the graces of the Reiki Divine, it's often spontaneous, not a request from a student or students. In this particular setting, the information channeled is only relevant to Reiki, as this is the focus of the training course. When Dr. Dean channels specifically during the "Reiki therapy sessions," this is to guide the students so they can have deep, enriching Reiki experiences. During the channeling, please do not ask Dr. Dean any questions, as the purpose is not intended for this, and it will disrupt the flow of channeling for both Dr. Dean and the student(s) involved. If any questions do arise, at the appropriate time our Kind Karma® Reiki Grandmasters will be available on hand to address them.

Bear in mind, when and if Dr. Dean does channels, it's about the Reiki situation, not about a particular person or student. Therefore, no personal or private information is addressed or exchanged whatsoever, individually or within the group. Additionally, all channeling information is filtered by Dr. Dean, before being shared.

Although Dr. Dean's channeling is not part of the Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Training Course, he might choose to use it for enhancing the student's understanding of Reiki. 🙏

Advanced Reiki Practitioner Level
(Prerequisite for the Master Level)

To qualify to take this class, a student must have taken Reiki I & I I. Level 3 Placement (attunement) is given during the training. The training is a combination of lecture, group discussion and experience. Practice time includes practical demonstrations, Reiki self-treatment, giving and receiving a Reiki treatment, and practicing using the Reiki 1, 2 & 3 Symbols. This training reviews the main sections of Reiki 1 & 2.
