Welcome to the Vibrational Academy of Sound Therapy (VAST)

Each course that the Vibrational Academy of Sound Therapy offers is an inspiring, spiritual and magical journey through sound, resonance and overtones. All our vibrational sound courses consist of innovative techniques and diverse methods of delivering sound as a way of healing. Our sound courses are empowering, super fun, and emphasize how to use the Gong and other sound healing instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls.

During the training, you will deepen your understanding and experience with the Gong in a professional, fun and experimental way while developing spiritual connectivity with this "Cosmic Sound Resonator." Our courses will build a solid foundation consisting of playing techniques and listening skills to help you enter into an active state of mindfulness, self-awareness and meditation. You will soon discover playing the Gong will elicit clear states of consciousness and facilitate authentic personal and spiritual insight.

As you progress with this training, you will begin to delve into the qualities of "holding space that is sacred, healing and filled with harmonious resonance."

We will be teaching how to play different types of Gongs, Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Rainsticks, and other sound healing instruments to provide an inspiring, enriched, and well-rounded learning experience. There will be adequate 'free time' to process information and to have one’s own ‘me time' to experience the variety of Gongs and other healing instruments.

Course Description

This program builds on the information and practice introduced in the "Kind Karma® Sound Healing Therapy I" Course. Where the first program is an overview of the instruments behind sound healing, in this second course we begin to explore the practical application of instruments in group settings. You are not required to take the "Basics" course to enroll in this training program.

This course teaches how to use sound therapeutically in group settings, such as a sound or gong bath, and teaches the many uses of sound as a restorative, healing modality. Enrolling in this course will take you on a magical journey of healing, vibration and frequency using sound instruments, intention, breathwork and meditation. You will be taught how to lead sound baths and sound meditations for groups using gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, ocean drums, and other easy-to-play instruments.

Our Kind Karma® sound therapists will guide you on how to use sound to restore the vibrational pattern and alignment for others leading to positive, high vibration outcomes, such as a more harmonized state of well being.
